Woodlawn Runners Earn 3 Personal Records at McAlpine Park

Oct. 5, 2017 – The Trailblazers returned to McAlpine Park to face SPAA conference teams as well as a few other schools from around the region. On the boys side, senior Tripp Berini led the team to a 5th place finish with a solid 19:00 time in his first race since suffering an injury over the summer. That performance leads all SPAA conference runners this season. Just behind Tripp, freshman Jackson McGeough set a PR with a strong 19:17 time. For the girls, 7th grader Adina Jacobson paced the Blazers once again with another personal best, while junior Ally Fleming and senior Zoe Milburn finished less than a minute behind her, with a season best and personal record, respectively.
