October 6: vs. St. Mark

The Blazers brought home the silver trophy in the conference championship game against St. Mark, losing an incredibly close game by 1-0. The game winning goal for St. Mark happened after a corner in the 10th minute and Woodlawn spent the rest of the game on the comeback – including three good shots in the last ten minutes of the game. It was a dramatic end to a wonderful season overall, in which the Blazers netted 24 goals in nine games while allowing only 15 to their opponents.
